The University of Western Ontario is one of the oldest and most beautiful universities in Canada. Since our first graduating class in 1883, the University has become a vibrant centre of learning with 1,164 faculty members and approximately 33,000 students. With 12 Faculties and Schools, and three Affiliated University Colleges, Western offers more than 400 different specializations, majors and minors at the undergraduate level. We are located on nearly 400 acres of land along the banks of the Thames River in London, Ontario, a thriving city of more than 400,000 people. Our campus offers all the amenities of home and has a community feeling all of its own. Western students are exceptional leaders.
