Move Away or Stay Home???

Hey everyone, so I am facing this dilemma that I think everyone faces.  Do I go away to college or do I stay home? I mean both have their advantages.  If I go away I can finally live on my own, which means I can decorate the way I want.  I think I will go with an island theme.  Also I wouldn’t have to tell my parents where I am 24/7.  I feel it would be a big step in growing up.  I could make new friends and see new things.  But at the same time, I would miss my friends, especially my bff Sarah Hanes, my family and just everything.

I guess I could stay home. I mean it’s cool, and I know I am comfortable here, especially with my parents cooking for me and everything.  I would save a lot of money! I mean I only have so many years to mooch right?

So there’s my predicament.... Going away would be amazing, new people, experiences, and surroundings. But I mean home is cool too, if I really can’t stand it I can always study a year abroad with the money I save, accents are sexy. It’s a big decision I will have to give it more time.

How to Pick-Up at

College

So before you start to read this, you need to know is that there is no secret pick-up line that works on all college girls, I’ve treid them all already. I have the restraining orders to prove it!. I don’t care how good looking you are, if you go up to a girl in a Starbucks and say something like “I like you a latte.” She is going to laugh in your face. Not in a good way. 

These rules I will share with you will help you understand what most females are attracted to. Oh, and if you are some guy who is extremely rich or david beckham don’t even bother reading the rest of this article because you won’t need it. Sorry fellow normal guys, it’s true, they have an edge.

So, the first critical thing to understand is that girls like a guy who is confident and in control of everything around him. Not a push-over and not a cocky control freak. You should be a guy who knows what he wants and how to get it

The second thing, find a way to get her guard down. Attractive girls get approached all the time. You’re not the only guy who likes boobs and knows about liquid courage. If you approach her in a typical flirtatious setting like a bar or a party she is going to have her guard up. To avoid this you can do two things.

1. Approach them when they least expect it, like a grocery store or a library, she is probably a little self conscious because she hasn’t spent the last two hours Putting her face on so she will look normal, a bonus for you so there are no surprises the next morning. j/k

 2.   If number 1 isn’t for you than you can go to somewhere like a bar but you need to do it right and stand out from the rest. Be in a group of people laughing and having fun, it works better too if there are some girls in your group. This demonstrates that you’re not a weirdo and that other girls find you interesting, kind of an acceptance by referral.  Make sure the girl you are after can see you and this way when you approach her she knows you’re a normal guy with friends and girls.

Lastly, confuse them. If you walk up to an attractive girl and tell her “I think you’re really pretty.” She will put you in the category of ‘maybe if nobody interesting comes along tonight.” If you are somewhere like a bar, be with a friend and ask her for her opinion on something. Here’s how it happens… first of all, I keep my eyes open for current affairs and interesting trivia that involves gender differences and tension. Then upon approach I go with something like “Hey, let me ask you a question. My friend and I were talking about something, and I think we need a female perspective…” After this she will take the ball and run with it. In your conversation, don’t be afraid to poke fun at her a little or even gently insult her. Remember, as long as she thinks you’re kinda funny and not like every other guy she will be continually be searching for your approval. As soon as you give in and tell her how wonderful she is she will move onto the next challenge. So spark her curiosity, challenge her, get a number, and get out.

 This has worked for me and many others in the past so I hope it works you. If it doesn’t you can always go back to “Girl, you must live in a toilet, cuz you’re the shit!”... but I hope it doesn’t come to that.
